ACCOMODATIONS
& MEALS
Springkell House will be both our wedding venue and accommodations where we will all be staying together from Sunday, June 26th to Thursday, June 30th.
Cost is all-inclusive: The nightly rate will be about £100 per person, which includes your room as well as all meals while we are at together and activities.
Please send us your flight info once you book your tickets! We are hoping to coordinate arrivals so we can arrange transportation to Springkell from Glasgow airport.
*You will not need a vehicle during our time together.
GETTING TO
SPRINGKELL
Springkell is about 2 hours away from both the Glasgow airport a(GLA) and Edinburgh airport (EDI) so you can fly into either airport. (The Springkell owners recommend that you fly into Glasgow)
We will be organizing transport from the Glasgow airport to Springkell via 8- and 16-seater busses. Once we have everyone's flight information, we will coordinate a few busses to leave throughout the day (morning, afternoon, evening). If you prefer to organize your own transportation through public transport, you will want to book your train to Carlisle station and then take a cab to Springkell (about a 30-minute drive, about £40). You can purchase train tickets once you arrive or in advance here.
On Thursday after brunch, we will organize transportation to Carlisle train station and say goodbye.
